But I'm assuming that the cause of my issues is the CPU with a possible faulty IMC/Memory Controller? I'm not sure if I'm interpreting the results right or if anything else impacts these tests. Where in its tests it was consistently failing the IMC test. I'm not sure how accurate it is, however I ended up downloading Intel's Processor Diagnostic Tool and booted that up. I've tried all and will list my outcomes below. Since replacing them the PC has been running smoothly. I've since RMA'ed them to Corsair and received a replacement set. In the end the issue turned out to be with the RAM dimms. Thanks all again for the suggestions and help. If anyone has any suggestions or leads it'd be much appreciated and thanks in advance.

Not sure how to rule out Motherboard, CPU and PSU issues though. If that fails I'll go back to W7 and see if I have the same issue. I'll probably try another clean install of W10 on an older SSD tonight. I'm hoping to dump the 1080 GTX into my partner's computer tonight to see if its the card issue.
